Delivery Eligibility & Receiving Orders

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time to receive the order.

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • We may attempt one additional delivery based on availability.
  • If both delivery attempts fail, the order may be cancelled without refund, replacement, or store credit.

Delivery Delays & Weather Conditions

We prioritize the safety of our delivery staff and customers.

In case of heavy rain, floods, traffic restrictions, or other unavoidable conditions, deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled.

If this happens, we will notify you through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email as soon as possible.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM IST.

Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

Same-day delivery availability may vary depending on location and order volume.

Delivery locations and charges may change from time to time without prior notice.

Customers are advised to check delivery availability and applicable charges on our website before placing an order.

Return & Refund Policy for Perishable Products

Due to the nature of fresh food products such as fruits, vegetables, dairy items, and other perishables:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  • If you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect items, please inform our delivery executive immediately at the time of delivery.

In approved cases, refunds or store credits may be provided at the discretion of Amudu Foods.
